How do I get Paira?

Do my friend and I share a profile?
No. Everyone keeps an individual profile and matches individually. Your friend joins when there’s a compatible friend-pair connection.
Where is Paira available?
Detroit and the surrounding metro today, with more Midwest cities based on demand.
What are Paira Sparks?
Sparks are promotional credits included with eligible subscriptions or Paira promotions. They can be redeemed for active offers from Paira Partner venues, have no cash value, and cannot be purchased separately.
How do I get Sparks?
Paira Max and Max Plus subscriptions include Sparks each month, with the higher tier including more. You can also receive bonus Sparks through eligible Paira promotions. Sparks are never sold as a separate purchase.
How do I use a Spark?
Open Partners in the app, choose a venue and an active offer, then redeem one Spark. Depending on the offer, you’ll either show the active redemption at checkout or use a revealed promo code online.
Do unused Sparks roll over?
Yes. Sparks have no fixed expiration and remain in your balance if your subscription is canceled or lapses. They are not forfeited during a suspension. If you request account deletion, redemption is paused during the 30-day pending period and the balance is removed only when the account is permanently deleted.
