Non-Consensual Intimate Images & Deepfakes
Last update: Saturday, August 15, 2026
We understand that having intimate content shared without your consent can be deeply upsetting. We want to make it easier to report this content so it can be reviewed and, where appropriate, removed as quickly as possible.
You do not need a Paira account to report. You can report non-consensual intimate images or deepfake content using our removal request form.
This reporting pathway is intended for reports involving non-consensual intimate images, including AI-generated or digitally altered intimate content. At Paira, we maintain strict policies prohibiting this content and promptly remove qualifying content and take action on the accounts responsible.
What is non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII")?
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sometimes called NCII, refers to intimate images or videos that are shared or posted without the consent of the person depicted. This can include real photos or videos, as well as digitally altered or AI-generated intimate content, sometimes referred to as intimate deepfakes. "Intimate" generally refers to content depicting nudity or sexually explicit conduct.
What can I report through this page?
You can use our removal request form to report:
- intimate images or videos shared without your consent;
- AI-generated or digitally altered intimate images or videos depicting you; and
- reposts or repeated sharing of intimate content that has already been reported.
What information should I include?
To help us review your report as quickly as possible, please share any details you have that may help us identify the content. This may include the username or profile, where the content appeared, links, and any other information that may help us locate it. Please also let us know whether you are the person shown in the content or are reporting on someone else's behalf. You do not need to attach the image itself.
What happens after I submit a report?
Once we receive a valid report, we review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove the content as soon as possible and within the required timeframe. We may also take action on associated accounts. If we need more information to locate the content, we may contact you using the details you provide. When you submit the form, you will receive a reference number for your records.
What are Paira's responsibilities under the law?
Under U.S. law, we are required to provide a clear and accessible process for individuals to report non-consensual intimate imagery and request removal. If we receive a valid removal request from the person depicted or someone authorized to act on their behalf, we must remove the reported content as soon as possible, and in any case no later than 48 hours after receiving the request, and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies of the same content on our platform.
Are support resources available?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
Yes. We understand that situations like this can be distressing. If you would like support, the Cyber Civil Rights Initiative operates a confidential helpline at 1-844-878-2274, and StopNCII.org offers information and free tools to help prevent the further sharing of intimate images. These resources are optional and are available if they may be helpful to you.
